I am on a rural volunteer fire department in NE North Dakota. I took a picture at one of the fires we were called to that made me think of your show.

It was a close up of the water as it came out of the nozzle on the fire hose.

If you were to slow it way down and adjust the nozzle from a solid stream to a fine mist I'm sure you'd have some interesting footage.

It could also be done while spraying foam.

Another shot that would be interesting, and yes, somewhat distructive, would be to use the "deck gun" that most pumper trucks have. With ours, we've taken down a brick chimney and have sent foundation blocks at one house flying through the air like they were made of paper.

The deck gun puts an enormus amount of water, at a very high pressure, through a very small nozzle. Creating a small but very high pressure stream of water that'll cut through almost anything.
