Watching Property Ladder on TLC Sat 12/29 7pm CST. This episode was based in Spring, TX with a guy named Minsu and his wife Jennifer who have an investor who financed the renovation.
No other way around it ... Minsu is an idiot. He spent thousands repairing his screwups, he endangered his health and others by hap-hazardly dealing with mold (which he didnt get rid of.)
If I were the investor and seen this goofball attempting this renovation I would have turned around and ran.
To cap it off ... at the end of the show the goof still hasnt sold the mess he made of a house and already started on another renovation.
Watch this episode if you want to see a perfect example of why idiots shouldnt attempt projects they know nothing about.
Glad you started this thread or I would have. Minsu is the biggest moron I have ever seen on any TLC show and Jennifer is a total airhead. What a nerve for him to whine about his investor and act like she was intruding! I can't imagine how this woman ever gave him a dime. I wish PL had just scratched this show and threw it in the trash heap, Minsu was that irritating and to me obnoxious.
I am with you guys 100%! I am just shocked that he felt the investor should not show up to see how her money was spent! The kicker for me was that he rejected the only offer her received after 6 weeks, I think? People are too greedy on these shows. The goal is to get in and out as fast as you can. Especially if you did not get an offer in the first 4 weeks!....
