Today I watched three hours of the show, Property Ladder. I am truly amazed at how everyone on the program makes a profit. No matter what the situation or troubles, everyone makes a profit. The show should be called Property fantasies? I cannot believe that all property flippers make the profit the show states. First no one ever adds their personal time and labor. Subtract the man hrs. they spend and actual cost and you will find a $100,000 profit is not what it says it is. The materials and especially the painting is not realistic. We own a painting company and know the value of hiring a professional for projects as house flipping. People get into a property ladder with no experience and fly by night attitudes. This makes for great viewing. However not realistic. My suggestion would be to show the real side of flipping homes. Losses of huge money, time and pitfalls. This is reality. I don't know of anyone who makes the actual profit on homes shown time after time. The show is great for a fantasy. Not reality. Bring on a program that shows real life so I can sit my friends and employees down and show them what really happens. Great fantasy program, but not realistic? Thank you.
