OK, so we all know that kitchens and bathrooms sell houses, but what is with these flippers? The very first thing that most of them do is roll in with a BFH (big frickin' hammer) and smash the kitchen to smithereens. What a waste! Of course someof them need total replacement, but not all. And I think that I've only seen one episode in which the flipper resold the cabinets. Going in and smashing this stuff without consideration of refinishing or even resale is moronic! Work out your stress on something that won't cost you anything people.
