How does one go about getting investors to finance your project?

If you yourself have No money to invest , nor the experience for the project. You will never get a dime. Why would anyone in their right mind invest in a rookie project ?? You have to get the 1st one done on your own, or beg for money from a rich relative. Then who is going to do all the work >?? You people kill me. You know how many people like you I have had to rescue over the years.?? I just finished 2 in te past 6 months. Both of whom lost over 10K taking on the project. They didn't get permits the work that they did themselves wasn't to code. I guess you think you'll find what you think is a flippable house, Find some one to finance the entire project, you'll give them a small amount of intrest on the loan and you'll make 80,000.00 watching people work ??

The only prayer you have would be to find a single investor who you can sell yourself to, offer a 50/50 split on the net profit of the home AFTER he gets his intrest on his money.

Good luck !

THIS is true. But when your using Daddy's money or grandma's money it makes it easy to get started. With all the scam-a-lama-ding-dongs that are going around. Why would a stranger trust you with their money ??
