I really like this type of show. The subject and content is of interest to me, sometimes ideas can be borrowed and a lot of the episodes are entertaining. But some of these flippers are so frustrating! Kirsten has to be pulling her hair out because of some of them. I just finished watching a rerun of the episode featuring TJ, the coffee shop guy. I know that he's a beginner but man-o-man he needs to shake his head and wake up. He's not the worst either. When you're a beginner and have the advantage of someone like Kirsten willing to advise you the best thing to do is to listen. Pause for a moment and at least consider what the experienced person is telling you! So what if the advice doesn't include your vision...grow up and realize that flipping is a business. Maybe I need to lighten up but some of those people frustrate me and I'm not anywhere near them! Heh,heh. Anyone else seein' this lack of maturity and common sense? The follow up episode for these folks could likely be called "flopping" instead of "flipping".
