If you have $2500 or more let's get together and start a real estate flipping company. $50,000 should be enough to get started. Instead of watching TV shows let's do something for ourselves. I believe the more we are the better because if someone invest a amount he/she can afford to loose he/she can be more rational (and less emotional) about it and make better decisions. And with patience we can take it nationwide, who knows. So anyone interested reply to this post and we can start to discuss some business. Like Donald Trump said let's get off that (bleep) couch!!
if you have $2,500, you can start flipping yourself... no money down, and a few credit cards is how i got started. I put 11K on my credit cards, but after everything was said and done, I made 31K.

I can see using credit cards for your budget, but how did you finance the house?
I got a no money down loan, and the seller paid most of the closing costs... I brought a cashiers check for approximately $1,400 to the closing., that plus my $500 earnest money... I bought a house for $1,900.
