Renaldo and his wife decide to flip a house, he decided that he doesnt want to work at his day to day job in an office so he figures he can make a bunch of money flipping a house, lol this guys a fool. The guy says he can flip a house that he purchase for $86,000 and invest $15,000 and sell it for $180,000 while theres a house on the block 2 years old and its a 3 bed 2.5 bath with new siding. So as it goes on he decides to put a bathroom in the attic, with a toilet in the window, doochbag... this guy doesnt have a clue. Also the plumber he hired dint know WTF he was doing the inspection was failed 3 or 4 times just for the plumbing in the attic that the real estate agent and his wife had advised against. He hired a guy that just stopped by and asked if they need help, then decided that now he has someone there he did not have to be on site to supervise and makes him the project manager, he gave him a key to the house and did not come back for a week. So in the end he finnally finishes the house for a total investment of $112,000 and took 15 weeks for the work to be done. Now Renardo and his family are in jepardy they cant sell the house and are going in debt after 15 weeks on the market hes going broke, and has to got plan B So he failed to flip it and in the end rents it out and decides to get another house and start another flip, While his wife pays for his new career, these idiots are made for each other, 1st for the wife for trusting him after he screwed up the first house ,and trustin him in the first place with no experiance in flipping, and for Renardo for putting his family's in financial jepoardy and still decides to carry on in putting them in possibly a worse scenario, Lol too funny.

Renardo was an arrogant stupid idiot. I have never flipped a house, but I could run circles around him. His budget was unrealistic and his work ethic was questionable. Where was he when he should have been at the property handling his business?

I still don't understand why he insisted on putting that bathroom in the house. I wanted to shake him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please, don't put another flipper like this on your show. It annoys me too much.

His wife had better wake up or they will all be in the poor house one day. In fact, they might be there, now and he hasn't admitted to any wrong-doing.

I know it's been a while, but thanks for the chuckle. I got the vision of the stereotypical unpleasant mother-in-law saying, "Hmph. It's bad enough she married that fool. Now all my friends know just how much a fool he is!"
