Owen Barber signed an affidavit three or 4 years ago stating that Justin Wolfe had nothing to do with the murder. You can see ithe actual signed affidavit on www.justinwolfe.com It was supplied to the defense days too late to be acceoted in an apeal.
Owen states that he only implicated Justin to avoid the death penalty. Dosn't that bring up at least some reasonable doubt?? Justins incompetant defense lawyer has since been disbarred. 48 hours really should look into this story more and update the show. This kid willl be put to death and he is innocent.
