My boyfriend and I are big fans of this show. The first time we saw it, about a year ago, it was on a marithon type broadcasting. We watched all the episodes. This show is so captivating and Bruce seems like a really approachable, empathetic person. I felt so guilty watching the episode from 8/10/07 when he visited a tribe in the Amazon. After learning that nearly half of the population had died after first contact and now there was a crew filming made me feel like a consumer of the very thing that has killed many in this tribe. It makes you ask yourself at what costs are we willing to further science...and our own curiousity.

With that said, I still can't get enought. It's fascinating and takes us to places we'll never see. Keep filming.
