I've watched the tribal shows on the Travel Channel and found this show to be very interesting. Definately a different perspective than I have seen before.

Incredibly interesting and a bit frightening at times. I am concerned about the health risks associated with immersing oneself within this community. The practice of scarring and the drinking of animal blood are obviously highly significant practices within this culture, but seeing the host engage in these rituals seems at the very least foolhardy if not incredibly dangerous in terms of possible long term health effects.

This show is great! Kind of like World's Apart. I thought the health reasons would be an issue as well, but then I realized there was probably a 20 man crew, medics included, all right behind the camera Not to mention helicopter on dial if need be. IM sure this guy, a producer and a camera man wouldn't go alone filming in the village. I think it's great he takes it to the extreme to become accepted. It would be a slap in the face to the tribe to ask to film and become a part of their lives, while criticizing and refusing to do things they do and take pride in. Keep them coming, for this is a great show....
