I have the "Most Evil" dvd set with murderous women but it doesn't have Theresa Knorr on it. I have this feeling that there are more ME episodes out there that haven't been released yet.
Am I right and where can I get these other episodes? I've checked Amazon and they don't have it.

You can get episodes on iTunes. I bought the first two seasons this way, and "Murderous Women" is on there and Knorr's profile is on at the 36 minute mark.
