The New Orleans Sniper. Why have I never seen a documentery on this guy. He had to be one of the most evil of all the spree killers. His Militery skills were so insane that over 8 hours after they finnally killed him. The police could not believe their was only one sniper. Then ended up shooting each other in broad daylight on a roof top looking for phamtom snipers. Cops are Idiots :P
