I can no longer watch show that the Home Depot has adverisements on. To know they can spend money for shows but not take care of cutomers that have payed large amounts of money for services.Home Depot has very poor customer service. In two weeks it will be one year that I signed a contract to have a new roof installed on my house. Home Depot has a lot of promises before you sign your contract and pay for your roof. After that it is all poor customer service. Home Depot has now installed three roofs on my house and did over $1,000.00 in damages to my house. My ceiling was cracked on 3-29-06 and still is not fixed after 5 months. I sent another letter to the Home Depot on 8-1-06 and he still has not replied.
