Another awesome episode last night. Keep up the good work guys. It was good to see everyone getting their hands dirty again. It's too bad it took Vinnie leaving to get people motiviated though.
It looked like it took 3 guys to make up for Vin. Being short handed sucks and losing your best guy has to have made thing hard for a while. I think it's going to be an interesting season and I can't wait to see more of it!

Enjoy it because this is the last season for the show.

Enjoy it because rumor has it this is the last season of production.
So you say the show wasted time for SR's wedding. It is there show so if you don't like it you don't need to watch. I have been watching the show for a long time, and the 3 bikes I trully like. Are the firebike the MIA bike, and the last one the National guard bike. I belong to the National guard and it gives me a good feeling that people really care about what we do for all the people in this country.

Yea, those episodes had me choked up too. Just like the old school bike build Sr. did with Cody and then gave Cody the bike after they finished working on it together. That was until I found out that Sr. didn't really give the bike to Cody. When asked, Cody said "after the cameras stopped rolling Sr. took back the bike". It was all a fake. I thought "truth" was one of the hallmards of the American way? There was noting true about that moment...
When I saw that episode the first time, I thought something didn't look right. I never thought the "Give Cody the bike." was a scam, but I did think either Cody was the most wooden human being I had ever seen or the scene was scripted and rehearsed before filming as it did not look spantaneous at all.
It's all fake. Done with smoke and mirrors. Maybe a little CGA these days too... Seriously though, for Sr. to have given the kid a motorcycle after working on it with him for God know's how long only to take it back after the cameras stopped rolling is an all time low. Had us smucks going too until we found out the truth. Shame on you Paul Sr. Shame on you...
Wow What a bunch of jealous crybabys, Don't like it Don't watch it.Whaaa they got a tv show and cody doesn't Who cares? They have a cult following and a 5 year syndication deal,so all us "losers" can keep on watching.go watch jon and kate.
Nice of you to join the forum just to start some crap here. And whats your point? Cody and Vin might not have a show or syndication deal but they do have a cult following dear.Their forum has almost 10,000 members and is still growing. And that is without a TV deal.
It is Discovery that signed the syndication deal - not the Teutuls. The Teutuls don't own the show - DCI does. I don't think the Teutuls have any control over what happens with or to the show - aside from deciding which builds air.
American Chopper is being syndicated along with Deadliest Catch (which is the highest rated cable show) for domestic weekend rebroadcast. American Chopper will begin it's run in the fall of 08 and Deadliest Catch will begin its run in the fall of 09. The shows are both syndicated by Debmar-Mercury, which is a television syndication company that is owned by Lion's Gate Entertainment.
It's easy enough to say, "If you don't like the show- don't watch it." Actually, it is very sensible adivse. The only problem is when too many people don't like it, and don't watch it. That is why shows get canceled.
Thanks, k., but, I don't get the relevance of mr. szwolf's point here. Do jon, kate, and their eight kids assemble motorcycles from shelf parts? (windman might now possibly ask, "Exactly what is the difference between 'building' and 'assembling'? Do the Tootles have to mine iron ore to make their own steel to be considered to be 'builders'??)!!!!!
Things on the board tend to settle into predictable patterns.
