My husband works at a coal-fired power plant and I recently had a tour of the facility. I now see why he comes home so filthy. Coal dust lines every square inch of that place, and it's about 150 degrees in some areas. He's an engineer, and he swears he has one of the cleanest jobs there. There are enough dirty jobs in the plant that you could spend a week there and still not experience them all. The power plant supplies energy throughout Indiana and surrounding states.
