I realize the legal implications of the suggestions I'm about to make, but perhaps you could find an Emergency Room at a hospital that would, if not allow you to perform this procedure, would allow the majority or the explanation of it to be shown. Of course, they could always blank or mosaic out the patient's face. What I'm curious about is removing bowel obstructions. I know this sounds gross, but I've always been curious about it.
