Dear Mike Rowe, My brother has been working a seasonal butchering service called Johnny's butcher shop for almost 5 years. The main things they butcher there are deer, gueese, and ducks. I myself have also worked there a season. IT IS A DIRTY JOB. Before a good night is over you will be covered head to toe in blood, hair, and feathers.
