I'm new to the discussion and was going to suggest a "dirty job" idea of a rendering plant. Then I saw this posting. There used to be two types of "rendering" jobs that I know of. One in a meat packing plant, which would be the cleanest of the two. The other would be a rendering plant that deals with a variety of dead critters like roadkill, dead pets, farm animals dead from unknown causes, etc. Unless things have changed these are all "rendered" into useful and saleable products.
