hey Mike, I run a hardwood flooring company in Hartford, CT, where we specialize in sand/refinish, historical restorations, repairs, and installation of hardwood flooring in the greater Hartford area... It is not a clean job by any standards, especially sanding and refinishing. Let me know what you think.
