How about being an interactive project manager at an advertising agency? That's what i do at one of the world's largest. There is no physical dirt to speak of but believe me those creative directors and art directors can sling mental/emotional dirt that would rival any pig farmer. Yes, you won't have to dig anything out from under your fingernails, but you will still desparately need a shower when you get home.
