I have 2 ideas, one uncertain. I've never worked there, but The Aquarium in Boston must have plenty of dirty work!

And after realizing the dirty work and hard effort they put in, the nursing assistants at the hospital have tough jobs! It would just be a lot of paper to cut through to film that stuff, I suppose!
