Refrigerator Recycling

here in So. California there is a program that the utility companies have been running since the 1990's i believe where they will come and haul away your old refrigerator (and sometimes pay you for that fridge) and recycle it. SoCal Edison in a partnership with ARCA (the actual recycling plant) has been doing this the longest & recycles more refrigerators than any other in the state, possibly the country.

'deconstructing' a fridge, with all of it's toxic bits, (freeon,the oil in the compressor, the foam inside it's walls) can be a very loud and messy business. and a very Dirty Job. i think it might qualify for your show.
