Mike, I thought and other members of my family thought it might make a rather neat show if you did an episode about what all goes into processing salmon at a fish proccessing plant like the ones in Cordova, Alaska. With the recent decision on the Exxon-Valdez Oil Spill the folks in Cordova might appreciate if they got a little more of the spotlight on their little community and how many of them go about making their livings. I've never been in a salmon fish proceesing plant myself but I have friends and family who have spent a good portion of their lives in and around the salmon fishing industry in all its various phases and the whole process from begiinning to end would make up a pretty interesting show.
