Mike, I've got a good one for you. I live in Darien, Ga. Home to the largest jellyfish processing plant around(which isnt very large).
At times during the day you can smell the plant all over town. They process and dry out jellyfish caught on commercial fishing boats and ship them to East Asia. I think its worth a look.
