Hey Mike, have you ever gutted a house that sat in eight feet of water and was left untouched for two years? Here in south east Louisiana we have plenty of house in just that situation!(not mine thankfully) And with the two year aniversary of Hurricane Katrina fast approaching, why not give it a shot?
