Our boy scout troop (Troop #289-Gilbert, AZ) has a service/fundraiser project where they collect neighbor's garbage cans and clean them. They clean them by pressure washing(garbage spraying onto your clothes and face), then scraping out garbage(getting in the can), and final rinse. The clean-up is dirty too-shoveling wet garbage. Then they return them. They don't smeel very good after.
