Most people that see a bronze or metal sculpture have no idea how much hot & nasty work is involved. We pour molten bronze at almost 2000 degrees with temperatures in the pour room reaching around 140 degrees. We blacksmith our steel by hand at 2000 degrees. We spend countless hours welding, grinding & sandblasting both steel and bronze. Our bronze sculptures require rubber & wax molds followed by a silica slurry(nasty stuff). The only thing that keeps us coming back is the fact that the end product is so cool.
