Potty Training 3 Kids & a Dog

I have twin boys who just turned 3 and a 20 month old daughter and an almost 4 year old 90-lb lab. There is so much out-of-potty-poo in my life ... you have no idea! I need to try to potty train all three of my kids this year and teach the dog to poo somewhere other than the back yard where the kids play. I am seriously overwhelmed by the poo ...
