One of the dirties jobs I have ever helped with is cleanning up after a creek flood. Everything is covered with slimy mud when the water receeds and it stinks! Even after you get the mud all out and everything that was ruined out, (you can imagine how heavy things get when they are soaked) then you need to scrub with bleach. That is if you don't have to rip the walls down because the drywall is soaked.

I wasn't going to submit my suggestion because I don't know if there are companies out there that do this for a living, but I can tell you that right now Millvale, PA is being flooded again and I'm sure you could talk to just about anyone in that area about how bad it is to clean up. The local news was showing a bakery whose supply room and their cake mix was all mixed in with the flood water. What a mess!
