How about working 20 consecutive 10 hour days, wearing coveralls and a respirator? At our maleic anhydride plant, that happens (on average) once per year. The first 5 or 6 days are the dirtiest (lots of dust and cramped conditions). The remainder of the days are long and tedious as more than 10,000 reactor tubes have to be packed with catalyst.
