I happen to know that working at a bagel shop can be dirty. For example, there is something that I have nicknamed bagel dirt. It's something that builds up on the floor that consists of various little bits from bagels, seeds, dough, other oddities that I am not entirely aware of.
Then there is making the bagels. That can get pretty messy, and dangerous if you aren't careful of where your hands or apron strings are. We use a machine at the shop I work in that forms the dough into the bagels, and my boss warned me to be careful not to get my hand stuck in it, or the machine will break my hand. There are various different things that are pretty dirty.
So, come on down to Bagelmania in Suburban Plaza, Newark Delaware. We're crazy good.
