Have you tried cleaning the exhaust towers at the Coal Plant at Braunig Lake in South Texas (near south San Antonio). A Very Dirty Job!! They had temp workers cleaning them. I don't know who cleans them now. There's also one in Calavaras Coal Plant. Just a thought!!
