I have never done this job but I know people who have and what they explain to me makes me think this is a job made for your show. You need to go to the meat packing plant in Dodge City, KS names Excel. They kill the cows there as well as process the meat and package it. There are a number of jobs that you could follow there where it is not only dirty but gross on many levels. You wouldn't have to show the actual killing of the animals because there is so much else to show it could take up a whole hour by itself. I think it would be a great show and I can't wait to see it if you make it. Please do this one I think it would be awesome.
