hey mike, i know of a job that i consider wuite dirty. every weekend i go to a horse barn and clean about 30 horse stalls. it is dirty, nasty, and at time, a little dangerous. the job consists of shovelling 100+ pounds of pee and poo into a wheel barrow and dumping out with the manure. then you have to re-fill the stalls with clean bedding. this job is smelly, dirty and tiring.
This would be a good one, but its not that bad cleaning out stalls, unless you live at my barn. We do it about 1 time a week, because we have a smaller barn and its nothing fancy. Its a farm. And we have a gelding that loves to make a mess. Its a dirty dirty job. But our farm includes Trimming feet, training horses, and cleaning stalls/horses and feeding. Its tiring and when you get in the shower at night mudd puddles come off of you because your sweaty & caked wiht dirt from the Tennessee hummidty and dryness that we have had lately. And if your trimming/shoeing our horses feet like my step dad, you get accrilic all over you, deal with thrush feet and everything horrible and nasty.
I think mike just needs to go to a ranch/farm period with horses. Cause horses arent always glorious. So a farrier or a horse farm would be a great show.
That is nothing try coming to my barn where i have 200 working horses. He's needs to see what it takes to feed, saddle and ride all day long. Then after a long day of riding you have to feed, unsaddle and muck the stalls then put the poo into a trackor and put it out in the feild. Try doing that everyday 7 days a week, 365 a year. That is a dirty job. But i love to do it.
lol. i would love doing that everyday!! and i know how youfeel about the whoke TN heat. and we need some rain BAD!! Our cows pond dried out and we had to move them.
