There is a group who goes to Palau looking to recover the remains of planes and aircrew from WWII. One of my pilots told me about it just yesterday. Let me know if you are interested. I think they go next in FEB 2009.
addendum: there is a dvd named "Last Flight Home". that is a synopsis of several trips. Might be interesting to watch, particularly on those nights when your sig other is running around carrying large loads of laundry...
