when there are 60-150,000 people at a football game or a nascar event, who goes in and cleans up all of the tailgating trash? i happened to notice this weekend at the pocono pa. race track that there isn't one trash can in the parking lot. what happens to it all? do they recycle all the beer cans under the stands?
