I just began working for CPM two days ago. It's some of the dirtiest work I've ever seen. This morning I got down and dirty into a grease pit full of machinery and dug out bucket loads of metal shards with my bare hands. These metal shards are literally everywhere and they need to be cleaned out constantly or the machines will shut down. Oil is flying everywhere and it all gets mixed in with the compressed corn and other substances that come out of the mills. The factory is full of funny old men that would love to show you guys around!
