Hello from Margie & Pete,

We were discussing our favorite show (dirty jobs, btw Margie thinks Mike is an "Adonis" in her words, "A Hottie!")
Ok, now the shipyards thing, When I was in the Military my boat was put in drydock in a place called "Todd Shipyards" in Seattle, Wa.. My ship was totally out of the water and re-outfitted. This process is truly an engineering marvel. The dirty job is the process of Bilge cleaning below decks. I myself have had the experience of falling into the muck that is in these bilges. First is the pumping out process then actually getting into the bilge to scrub between the frames below decks. The size of ships that I'm speaking have propellars that are about the size of a Burger King.
I hope this is a suitable topic.
Respectfully,
Margie & Peter
