This might not seem like a dirty job, but this isn't your pizzaz, or even a conventional oven, these are the HUGE ovens pizzerias and bakeries use. They might look nice and shiny on the outside, but the inner workings are discusting! Powder, grease, burnt bread crumbs, month old pizzas, (I've even seen balls of dough from a bakery that was on top of the oven I took down that has been up there for years! (Not to mention it was fun throwing down) Servicing an oven is an mostly clean job (its not working in an office by any stretch) but tearing down an oven is where the dirt is! From replacing barrings holding the trays up, to tearing down and putting up big ovens, this is one seriously dirty job!
