Hey Mike, my wife & I love your show. I don't work for this company, but I use them at my business and they have a very dirty job. They collect the left over inedible waste from restaurants and slaughterhouses and turn that repugnant sludge into liquid fats and protein meals for animals. Basically at my store they come and suck the waste out of the grease trap and rendering barrel. It's horrible.
