I grew up in Tucson, Arizona before moving out to Virginia. One of the things that I remember seeing there as a child was my street being paved every 2 to 3 years. This wasn't your mostly clean, highway type paving where they pour it into a machine that flattens it all out. A dump truck full of hot tar would come in...dumb it on the street and guys would walk out and manually flatten it with broom-looking things. They had to walk on it and whatnot.

Seriously though....I don't think it's necessary for Rowe to get dirty... it'd be a hell of a show even if he didn't.
