I got a tattoo when I was 17 by a bad man. I was drunk when I got it. Now that I am 29 I found a tattoo artist that will help me cover it. But he died I paid him too. Now that I have no money to get it finished. I don't know what to do. I have a tattoo that is soooooooo bad. I have went to other tattoo artist and they want $1500. I have tried save that money, but i have three boys that need that money more. So now that it has been a year. I still have a horrible tattoo. Is there anyone that anyone knows that would help me?
