Just curious about something. How do tattoo artists avoid copyright infringement? Lets say a clients requests a tattoo of Horton the elephant from Dr Seuss's book "Horton Hears A Who". I know there is a high end cadre of lawyers protecting Theodor Seuss Geise's estate. If a tattoo artist copied a downloaded image of Horton from the web then transferred it to the skin of a client and tattooed it. What would stop the lawyers from suing you for illegal infringement?
