Well once I graduate in 2011 I really want to go to college to be an animal cop and I was wondering if you could tell me what courses I need to take.

If you had read more posts in the Animal Cops: Detroit you would have found your answer. So I will repeat the information.

The question on how to become an Animal Control Officer comes up about once a month. The answer depends on where you live. The requirements vary from state to state, county to county, and city to city. There is not one all encompassing set of requirements.

ASPCA has a page on their Web site that covers some general questions.
http://www.aspca.org/site/PageServer?pagename=cruelty_ap_hleofficer

Too bad this can't be a sticky so that it would be upfront for new posters to see so they aren't asking the same question that has been asked and answered many times.

I am so honored to be able to talk to you. I also have a question does it get lonenly not to talk to anyone about what you do?and do you know when Animal Cops Detroit will be updated? Sorry for so many questions but what's the difference between a Animal Cruelty Investagator and a Animal Control Officer or are they the same?and how long did it take you to become in the ASPCA?
