I too was so sad to see Detroit put down a dog after two weeks, just two weeks after the dog was rescued in a cruelty case. Can't they foster? Wait another week? Work on the problem? I know that not all dogs can be saved, but I would have taken him. And don't they work with other NO KILL shelters. Shame on Detroit.

I know how you feel they can just work with the dog or send him to someone where they can train them. I just wish there was no kill shelters around the world and people spay and neuter their pets. Since there is too many dogs to be in homes.
