I have a miniature stallion and he rubs his tail and mane until it is raw. I have wormed him, bathed him, put fly spray on. It is really bad during the summer. Any suggestions about what, why?
Is it flaking skin, like dry skin? Maybe a poisionus plant or a spray that has irritaded the skin is causing him to itch. I would let the vet know and see what he thinks.
