I just researched the sentences for a DUI manslaughter, 2nd degree felony. A law firm that represents DUI folks says the minimum sentence is 10 years, usually 15 years is handed down though. Also, PERMAMENT revocation of the driver's license. Not good for someone in the motorcycle industry. Can't ride anymore. This all of course is if he's found guilty; with his hotshot pricey attorneys, who knows, they might find some "i" that wasn't dotted in the paperwork and let him go. The facts of the case seem open and shut, to me.
I guess for me me it is not open and shut, I know I wasn't there, were you? A very, very unfortunate occurence, for all involved. It sounds like people hold him to higher standards the they hold themselves. He is a human like the rest of us.
Billy is a man and a biker he is not a celebrity trying to get away with murder. Look at the inside cover of his book, he has been an American Outlaw since day one. No two face here and he will be the first one to tell you I DO WHAT I WANT TO DO...Let him do his job and I am sure the courts will do their thing...AS FOR ME I WILL ALWAYS SUPPORT BILLY....SEE YOU AT STURGIS BILLY....ONE DAY.....
Maybe a little jail time will calm him down from his all-mighty celebrity status. Not only was he busted for DUI but killing someone because he couldn't wait in traffic?.......dumb move. If he survives not going to jail he will probably get sued out the wazzu!
Billy Hang in there ! GOD is the ultimate judge and Always ready to forgive I was involved in a similar case ( IT SUCKS )But people have to remember accidents are unplanned and happen no one wants the legal stuff.
