I don't know if I could ever make it to Miami for a tattoo, but I was wondering if there would be any way possible to pay one of the artists to draw a tattoo for me?

Well, I guess it would technically be possible, though they are extremely busy. But, it just sounds kinda weird to me. Seems like it would be better to find an artist in your area that is similar in style and ask that artist for a custom design, and also the inking of that design. I mean, it'd be sorta odd, to tell a tattoo artist that you want this design that you paid another artist to draw for you.
