2 questions:

I want to get a gecko on my left calf and a turtle near my butt.

1. Can anyone recommend a good artist in Hawaii?

2. How badly does color fade? I'm wondering if I should get black/white.

The best thing to do is check out all the tattooers portfolios in your area then you pick the one you like the best. As far as colours go I've had one of my tattoos for 8 years now and the colours are as nice now as they were the day I got it but I make sure when its exposed to sun that I put on sunscreen to protect it.
